Oversized balconies with white railing lined with planters mirror the front porches of the townhouses across the street. The modern simplicity of the solid concrete super structure with metal accents is reminiscent of the Bauhaus-style of world-renowned German architect Walter Gropius.Two elevators separate the four units per floor and up to eight inches of concrete between the units offer additional privacy. Glass panels that double as windows and doors fully fold back to reveal an extended indoor-outdoor entertainment space. Each floor through unit with floor-to-ceiling windows offers southwest and northeast exposures for plenty of natural light.
